Easy & Delicious Crockpot Chicken

6 Chicken Breasts (can be frozen)
1 8 oz. bottle Italian Dressing

Put both in crockpot and cook 4-6 hours on low. Drain Italian dressing, shred chicken and return to crockpot. Add:

2 cans condensed Cream of Mushroom &/or Chicken Soup
or 2 recipes of Cream Soup Substitute
2 - 8 oz. package Cream Cheese
2 C Chicken Broth
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Thyme
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Cook on low for 1 hour.
Serve over pasta or rice (our favourite is Basmati Rice).
