Weight Loss
I think I've finally found the self-discipline to get back to weight loss. Started exercising a little yesterday and started eating right today. Really want to do this, and really am nervous to share for fear that I won't stick to it. Maybe this will help keep me accountable. Here we go!

Mary, I struggle with the same thing and have made the same commitment, today. It seems God has been changing everything in my life during the last month. I have decided that He wants to start a new chapter in my life - a clean piece of paper. Everything is new, and that includes creating the healthiest temple for Him to reside in me.

ReplyDeleteSo far so good - down 3.5 pounds today! I'm sure it won't keep coming off this quickly, but it's a good start! :)
ReplyDeleteDown 5 pounds today. Not as much exercise the last few days, but still doing good.
ReplyDeleteAte Russian tea cakes yesterday. YUM! But no loss today. :( At least there was no gain!! Need to kick in with more exercise to speed up the results! Enjoying eating well as I choose food I like....
