There has been a lot of change in my life lately. And usually I just go with the flow, taking everything as it comes, but that hasn't been as easy for me the last couple of months. I'm not sure why I'm not settling into life back at home as quickly as usual. Maybe it's because I know that there's more change to come? I just can't settle back into a routine, and doing the most mundane chore seems to take more thought process and discipline than I can handle.
There are many thoughts that are running through my mind at once. I will try to sort through them and make SOME sense, and share some of them as God leads along the way.
Mary, I have been where you are at, recently. Our Ladies' LIFE Group has been going through Elizabeth George's "Loving God With All Your Mind", and it has helped me tremendously in dealing with the change and unrest in my life. It has helped me to focus on the work He has for me TODAY and not waste my time and energies dwelling on "what ifs" and "if only's". He is in control, as you said, and He is perfect in His plan and His timing. :) Hang in there, sister!
