Dad's Mac & Cheese

3 Tbsp Butter
2 1/2 C uncooked Macaroni
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 lb. Sharp (Mature) Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 qt. Milk

Melt butter in baking pan. Stir macaroni until covered well with butter. Add salt and cheese. Stir in milk. Bake, uncovered at 325 for 1 hour. DO NOT STIR.
